Description
Tool for extraction of Homeworld 2 .big files. Created by Relic, file was part of Homeworld 2 RDN.
Extracted to separate file, as not everyone need whole capabilities of HW2 RDN, but need only want to check something in big file. (well, I had this problem - installing 100MB of RDN only to get ModPacker, now you download only 300KB and got it :) )
